Returns Policy

At TE’ADORO COUTURE, we take pride in offering carefully curated formalwear, couture gowns, and special occasion pieces. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.

Due to the delicate and special nature of our garments, we maintain a strict returns policy.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Item must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, odours, or damage

Approved returns for change of mind will incur:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs at the buyer’s expense

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Incorrect Sizing

We understand sizing can vary.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we may accept a return under the same conditions above.

The following will apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping at the buyer’s expense

Where the correct size is available, we will offer an exchange.

Where the correct size cannot be supplied or is out of stock, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount excluding shipping costs.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing guides carefully before purchasing.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional purchases
  • Discounted items

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or defective products.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Where an item is confirmed faulty:

  • We will offer a replacement wherever possible
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

TE’ADORO COUTURE will cover all shipping costs associated with faulty items.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn garments
  • Washed garments
  • Altered garments
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom-made or made-to-order garments
  • Sale items

To request a return, please email:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
