Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate: $11 AUD
  • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate: $15 AUD
  • Available on all orders regardless of order value

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Express Shipping

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

TE’ADORO COUTURE is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect shipping information
  • Delays caused by failed delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

While we do our best to dispatch promptly, TE’ADORO COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Other events beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Claims for damaged deliveries should be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

International Shipping

Te'Adoro Couture currently ships selected products to New Zealand and the United States.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. All international orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from Australia. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only. Delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, weather events, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size, colour, and product selection before placing an international order.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, customs documentation, and any associated fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return-to-sender charges, or other costs incurred by Te'Adoro Couture may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Sale Items

All sale items remain final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required under applicable consumer law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Te'Adoro Couture is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible, Te'Adoro Couture cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.
