How do I choose the right size?

We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

As our pieces are occasionwear, fit is important and we always recommend sizing carefully.


What if I order the wrong size?

We may accept returns for incorrect sizing, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense
  • If the correct size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued (excluding shipping)

Do you offer custom sizing?

At this time, selected pieces may be available in custom sizing. Availability varies by collection.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

International shipping is planned for the future.


How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate: $11 AUD
  • Free on orders over $150 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate: $15 AUD

How long will my order take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location.


Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.


Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Yes, under certain conditions.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for approved returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note:

  • Change of mind and wrong sizing returns incur a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Can I return sale items?

No.

All sale items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted, promotional, or clearance items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


What if my item arrives faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Where confirmed:

  • We will replace the item wherever possible
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided

We cover all shipping costs for faulty items.

Are your colours exactly as shown?

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.


Are your garments true to size?

Most garments run true to size unless otherwise stated.

Please always refer to the product sizing guide before purchasing.


Are your christening and baptism outfits suitable for babies and children?

Yes. Our collection includes carefully selected formalwear designed specifically for infants and children for christenings, baptisms, and special occasions.
